Position Summary: This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

Starting Wage: Up tp $10.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Essential Functions:

- Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state and federal regulations
- Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures
- Ensure the profitability of the business by operation shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
- Provide leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior customer service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs "Culture" of a cheerful and fun work environment.
- Assist the General Manager in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
- Participate in training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the general manager.
- Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule.


Supporting Duties:

- Able to work on his/her feet for extended periods of time
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Maintain awareness and participation in community affairs to take advantage of sales and public relations opportunities
- Represent Firehouse Subs in a professional and positive manner at all times
- Communicate effectively to General Manager/District Leader/Director of Company Operations/Owners and Firehouse Subs Home Office Personnel all issues and opportunities which may impact business
- Maintain restaurant equipment in full working order and communicate problems immediately to District Leader
- Ability to analyze business trends and help develop plans/implement plans for success. Any other duties assigned by General Manager/District Manager/Owners.
