MATERIAL PROCESSOR - QA/QC
Clean Room or Assembly Experience
PrideStaff in Sacramento is currently and actively recruiting in behalf of a client interested in filling immediate openings in their facility.
This shift consists of 3 - 12 hour shifts, pay is over $12/hour for straight time.
Extensive experience is not necessary, though some exposure to production, manufacturing, clean room or QA/AC work is preferred.
Tasks and duties include, though are not limited to:
- visual inspection of produced materials (QA)
- measurement and documentation of details
- label items
- use of computer or pad to enter data and details
- sort and bag materials in preparation for shipping or routing to inventory
Experience/Skills/Requirement Abilities:
1. High school graduate or equivalent
2. Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations
3. Ability to see at distance of 20 inches or less to inspect
4. Ability to adjust the eye to bring an object into sharp focus
5. Ability to use tweezers to remove dirt particles from product
6. Ability to read and work from work instructions and drawings
7. Written and oral English communication skills.
Characteristics of successful associate:
- Must be reliable, accountable for actions and dependable
- Must have reliable and consistent means of transportation
- Must communicate well within a team atmosphere and be able to work well throughout 12 hour shift.
Physical JOB CONDITIONS and Requirements:
1. Must be able to lift 30 pounds
2. Wearing of Personal Protective Equipment consisting of goggles, gloves, face-shield, etc.
3. Computer use
4. Use of various analytical equipment and tools
5. Wearing of clean room garments including cleanroom gloves, no make up or fragrance in clean room
6. Some hazardous chemicals handling
