# Description



The Organizational Development Manager will serve as an organizational development professional to lead in the development and execution of company-wide Organizational and Leadership Development programs and assist with facilitating the organization’s high performance culture initiatives across the organization. These initiatives will include: Leadership Talent Review Process, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Career Development, and Leadership Development. The Organizational Development Manager will work closely with the Executive Director Organizational Development and Learning to proactively and creatively develop and align work on multiple projects to achieve the strategic business goals and operational objectives.

Essential Job Functions:

· Partner with Executive Director to utilize tools to assess team member culture, including survey project management, action planning, communications analyses, and creating/delivering executive summaries.

· Lead in the planning, monitoring, and execution of Performance Management Programs.

· Participate in the design, roll-out, communications, and execution of the Talent Review process at the Global Resource Center to include completion of the organization’s succession plan.

· Lead in the planning and execution of a succession planning process at the Global Resource Center and assist in the planning, facilitation, and execution of succession planning in the field and stores.

· Work collaboratively with human resources business partners on high-potential team member identification, job assignments, and progression plans.

· Serve as a lead resource and partner to leaders in their development to include managing 360 leadership assessments for leaders, at all levels, development planning, outside training recommendations and mentoring. Assist with identifying appropriate developmental tools and resources.

· Conduct talent-related research and analytics, including ad-hoc survey design, employee metrics/research, and support.

· Partner with the Learning team to support the continued advancement of Career Development programs including Leadership Development curriculum and assessments at the Global Resource Center.

· Lead expert and highly proficient user of all talent management systems, assessments, and tools, and maximize technology.

· Partner with the Learning Team with the communication and roll-out of change management initiatives.

· Partner with HR team to compete and earn recognitions as a “Great Place to Work”.

· Provides talent management and organizational development expertise to internal partners, leading “brainstorming” discussion and assessment of talent gaps and opportunities; identifies and proposes talent solutions to meet those gaps and advance results.

· Consults with leaders and human resource partners on design, redesign/restructure and alignment of organizational structures and business processes with strategy.

· Conducts organizational assessments and diagnostics to uncover trends and insights, identify causes of organizational issues, and generate recommendations for improving organizational performance.

· Supports the implementation and administration of organization-wide talent programs, flexibly adapting to serve multiple internal audiences.






# Qualifications






* Bachelor’s Degree in Organization Development, Human Resources, or Business
* Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Organizational Development
* 5-7 years of experience in an HR Generalist role helpful
* Experience with Employee Relations strongly preferred
* Strong analytical and systems skills
* Strong group process, facilitation, and presentation skills.
* Strategic thinker and tactical experience
* Embraces creativity, new ideas, and innovation
* Knowledge and experience in utilizing organizational development models and assessment tools
* Proven success designing, implementing, and executing talent development strategies and programs in areas of talent reviews, coaching, succession planning, senior leadership development, and overall career development and performance management
* Demonstrated experience managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders
* Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, influencing, and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Project management skills (detail oriented, resourceful, able to multi-task)
* Professional, self-starter, flexible, high energy, and enthusiastic
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
* Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
* Ability to thrive in a changing environment with evolving priorities
* Ability to work autonomously and within teams and serve as a trusted liaison with internal team members
