General Assistant needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Annapolis, MD.


The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:



    - Experience in customer service or receptionist background
    - Data entry skills
    - Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills

What You'll Be Doing:



    - Provides administrative support for company's Customer Care Department.
    - Answers Support team phones, create tickets and/or emails.
    - Verifies contacts and account information.
    - Examines customer problems and implements appropriate corrective action to respond to customer requests.
    - Escalates queries/requests for action as appropriate to Supervisor and/or Field locations for immediate action
    - Typically uses software packages for word processing, spreadsheets, databases, graphics and desktop publishing applications.
    - Operates general office equipment such as personal computer, copier, calculator, fax or other office machines.
    - Typically supports one or more managers and/or staff in a department or administrative unit, or may support multiple departments

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - High School Diploma / Equivalent
    - Customer Service Experience or Receptionist background is a MUST, they must have had experience handling customer calls in a high volume environment
    - Must have proven customer service skills.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow up.
    - Ability to overcome objections.
    - Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
    - High stress tolerance.
    - Must be able to navigate a computerized data entry system or other relevant applications
