Assistant Manager

Assistant Manager:

We are looking for an outgoing, motivated team leader who wants to make a difference! The Assistant Manager can motivate staff to provide an outstanding entertainment experience for our Customers. You show leadership in providing excellent customer service and delivering the fun factor. You have excellent communications skills and thrive in a customer service environment. As a part of the management team, you will assist the General Manager and Manager with the operation of your Laser Quest location, and are involved in training and development of the Crew. Specific Responsibilities:

• Open and Close the Center
• Oversee technical operations
• Cash handling and recognition
• Crew duties as required

• Minimum High School Graduate
• 1-3 years Experience in Retail, Hospitality or Entertainment Industry and a minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent communications skills
