Stacker

We have a full-time opening for a Stacker.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check required.

Wage: 9.50 - Starting - (12.20 when qualified)

POSITION SUMMARY: 1. You will be responsible for bundling, handling and stacking of product. 2. Build neat stacks of totes on organized skids. 4. Keep work area clean and orderly. 5. Ensuring timely and efficient throughput of products. 6. Ensure that all standard operations procedures are being met. 7. Ensure that all safety procedures and practices are being followed KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Operations: You are expected to help identify, prevent and resolve production downtime situations that lead to ineffective operations. In situations where downtime is unavoidable, you are expected to report to your supervisor to find alternate tasks. 1. Quality: Ensure that all food safety procedures and practices are being followed Safety: 1.Employees must work and act safely at all times and must accept equal responsibility for their personal safety and that of their co-workers.Some key behaviours that will prevent accidents that each employee must follow are: keep your mind and eyes on the task; keep your balance; understand and discover safe working procedures; keep healthy to avoid fatigue; avoid rushing; avoid complacency; avoid frustration.
