Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supervising and directing workforce
  • Making hiring decisions (hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging and scheduling)
  • Fostering a team work environment
  • Ensure Customer Satisfaction and product quality
  • Manage restaurant’s daily and financial operations
  • Manage safety and security within the restaurant

Requirements and Skills

  • 3- 5 years restaurant management experience
  • QRS experience a plus
  • Exposure and understanding of financials statements and reports
  • Serve Safe Certification desired
  • BA/BS preferred
