Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supervising and directing workforce
- Making hiring decisions (hiring, training, evaluating, disciplining, discharging and scheduling)
- Fostering a team work environment
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction and product quality
- Manage restaurant’s daily and financial operations
- Manage safety and security within the restaurant
Requirements and Skills
- 3- 5 years restaurant management experience
- QRS experience a plus
- Exposure and understanding of financials statements and reports
- Serve Safe Certification desired
- BA/BS preferred
