Our client located near Woodbury, NY is seeking Customer Service Representatives!
3 Shifts available:
9am - 6pm and 12pm - 9pm, Must be able to work Saturday. Will have Sunday and one week day off if you are to work a Saturday when needed.
Part time Hours: 5pm - 9pm or 6pm - 10pm, Monday - Friday Only
Will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls
Data entry
Providing excellent customer service
Problem resolution
Ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in a call center preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent professional and friendly phone demeanor
