Automotive Service Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Jiffy Lube is looking for Automotive Service Technicians.  Don't have experience?  No worries, we will provide all the training you need!

The primary function of an Automotive Service Technician is to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers.

Automotive Service Technicians may provide vehicle services such as:

• Oil Changes- including inspection of basic fluids, belts, lights, wipers, and tires
• Other Preventive Maintenance– Transmission, AC, Fuel System Cleaning, Battery Replacement

Automotive Service Technicians may also provide customer service activities such as:

• Escort to waiting area and lounge orientation to make customers feel welcome
• Service Reviews to help customers understand and select services
• Ring Out to explain services provided and accept payment

Additional Requirements Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
• Able to stand and walk up to 4 hours without a break
• Able to work in extreme heat and/or cold
• Able to endure repetitive and prolonged bending and reaching
• Able to withstand exposure to fumes and cleaning products
• Comfort entering and reading information on computer screen
• Valid State Driver’s License
