Ski Valet - Arrowhead Alpine Club - Holiday Help - Beaver Creek, CO

Beaver Creek: At the gate, you leave everyday life behind. That's why people travel to Beaver Creek, Colorado from all over the world, and many make it a tradition. The drama of rock and sky, the sheer grandeur of this place, is one reason. That it is North America's World Cup mountain is another. It is also a place of intimacy. A private resort hidden from view, with the power to bring people together.

Arrowhead Alpine Club Ski Valet responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Tags, stores, inventories, and issues members’ and guests’ ski equipment

• Records ski tuning instructions and guest ski storage

• Works daily with front desk staff

• Shovels snow, removes ice from building exterior walkways and decks

• Performs special requests as directed by club managers

• Assists members by answering questions promptly and courteously

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related directives as needed

• Problem solves member issues within authority level, direct to upper management for decisions

• Professional at all times

• Greets members and guests by name

• Assists with member/guest requests

• Cooperates with other staff by assisting them as needed

• Complies with facility usage policies

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• HS Diploma or Equivalent - required

• Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs - required

• Able to work indoors as well as outdoors in winter weather conditions - required

• Able to work weekends and holidays - required

• Fluent in English - required

• Able to communicate with diplomacy and tact - required

• Able to deliver exceptional guest service - required

• Resume - preferred
