Procurement Clerks needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Universal City, CA.
The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:
- Strong Background in MS Excel and SAP
- Experience in Entertainment Industry.
- Procurement and production experience.
- Excellent in multi-tasking in a high pressure, deadline driven environment.
- Flexible with hours of operations.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Issuing dry goods and invoice only POs
- Following up on open POs
- Requesting component numbers
- Working on clearing IDOCs and invoices
- Updating MCS with component information and dates
- Updating and publishing various documents and reports.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Entertainment Industry.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Procurement and Production.
- Minimum 1 year experience working in a Manpower Scheduling application, STORM.
- Great attention to detail.
