Administrative Assistant III needed for a contract hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in North Brunswick, NJ.



The Big Picture - Top Skills You Should Possess:



    - Executive/Administrative support experience
    - Ability to deal with confidential information/documentation
    - Excellent interpersonal communication skills


What You'll Be Doing:



    - Provides administrative support to the Executive Director, PPD, and Senior manager Site Ops
    - Provides input for budget figures in relevant areas, reconciles monthly B&E (domestic/international), alerts management to any discrepancies in spending (over/under) and prepares expense reports, disbursement vouchers and purchase requisitions as appropriate
    - Coordinates and administers departmental purchasing and accounts payable activities
    - Completes all HR related documents for North Brunswick employees and works as a liaison between Human Resources and North Brunswick Laboratory
    - Sets-up and maintains a wide variety of files relating to department activities, some of which may be highly confidential in nature, including personnel/administrative records
    - Maintains Executive Director's & Senior Manager's calendars and organizes travel arrangements, as required
    - Prepares routine and confidential correspondence, detailed reports and extensive overhead presentations as required by the Director
    - Receives and distributes incoming correspondence (internally and externally) and handles this mail in the appropriate manner
    - Supports department's Quality and Safety objectives


What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - Excellent computer skills, which include proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs
    - Ability to deal with confidential information/documentation
    - Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, including a high level of telephone proficiency and a good command of English grammar practices (including spelling and punctuation)
    - Comprehensive knowledge of Company policies, practices and procedures
    - Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
