Providence is calling a per diem, day shift, Physical Therapist to Providence Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA.
In this position you will:
Report to the Director of Therapy Services.
This position is responsible for planning and implementing specific treatment programs for individual patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy.
The Physical Therapist (PT) collaborates with the interdisciplinary team and provides supervision of the Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) and the Physical Therapy Aide (PT Aide).
Required qualifications for this position include:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Current license or license applicant in the State of California as a Physical Therapist
Current Basic Life Support Certificate from American Heart Association
Preferred qualifications for this position include:
1 year of acute care experience
