About this job
The Nursing Assistant is to render good service to the resident in the form of nursing care.
High school diploma or equivalent
Must within four (4) months of employment have completed State required training and a competency evaluation program
Must be State certified after four (4) months of employment
Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance
Must have ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions at a level necessary to accomplish the job
Must be able to maintain confidentiality regarding patient and company proprietary information
Must be able to relate positively and favorably to residents, families and other employees at all levels
