Summary of Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
Lead Lobby Lounge in all aspects of the department and ensure service standards are followed
Handle guest concerns and react quickly and professionally
Balance operational, administrative and Colleague needs
Follow policies, procedures and service standards
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Supervises and employees, manages day to day operation and understand employee positions enough to perform duties in employees absence.
Coordinates all service staff for all meal periods
Oversee maintenance of all equipment, linen and cleanliness
Staff functions for optimum labor costs, and maximum service.
Work in safe manner at al times and follow all safety procedures as outlined in your Standards of Conduct and Loss Prevention Manual.
Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
Anticipate and address guest's service needs.
Making improvements to the running of the business and developing the Lobby Lounge.
Qualifications:
Previous Food and Beverage experience required
Previous point of sale system experience required
Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible & reliable
Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Visa Requirements: Must be eligible to work in U.S.
