Pay Type: Starting at $12/hr based on experience

Position Type: Part-Time or Full-Time, daylight shifts between 5:30am-4:00pm Hiring Immediately

Requirements:

• Must be 16 or older

• Must be available to work Fridays and Saturdays

• Must be available to work at least 15 hours per week

• Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to standing for up to 9 hours and lifting up to 50lbs

• Must be comfortable using a POS system

• Ability to multitask

• Ability to work at a quick, yet efficient and thorough pace

• Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic

• Positive attitude

• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members

• Customer service-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Positive and serving attitude with a warm personality

• Use our CORE 4 model to serve guests: eye contact, smile, speak enthusiastically, and make a connection

• Operating the POS at the front counter or in the drive thru

• Look for opportunities to stock or clean when not serving a customer

• Taking orders with speed and accuracy at the front counter

• Ensure stock is organized

• Checking for product quality and consistency

• Assist leadership in executing opening or closing procedures

• Willing to assist in other stations in the front of house, such as mobiles, dining room, or working the window

• Demonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu items

• Complete all tasks assigned beyond the job description, if necessary

You must be hard-working, team-oriented, friendly, honest and have great customer skills.
