Position Summary:
Reporting to the Talent Systems Manager on the Human Resources Organizational Development team, the LMS/TMS Administrator will support the full cycle of the learning management system (LMS) and talent management system (TMS) ensuring continuous operation of these systems to serve the performance management, development, and learning needs of Burlington associates.

Responsibilities:
• Ensures the LMS/TMS environment is setup and configured properly, including updates to picklists and uploads of data.
• Administers LMS/TMS security roles and user access permissions such as password resets, access to profiles, and other modules.
• Organizes and maintains the LMS content, which includes publishing eLearning content and scheduled course offerings and appropriate use of programs, curricula, and assignment profiles.
• Assigns LMS content to users, record and reconcile classroom rosters and item completion status.
• Supports e-learning course production by building course implementation procedures, guidelines for publishing courses and course content production; partnering with the HR Learning & Development Instructional Design team.
• Supports the TMS performance management process including performance form administration, document management, career development, succession planning and associate profiles.
• Creates regular and ad hoc reports as needed by the business from the LMS/TMS systems.
• Provides assistance and support to end users, responds to inquiries, and performs troubleshooting activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned


Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Information Technology, or Business related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in LMS/TMS administration and/or HR/IT systems role.
• Performs work quickly, accurately, and thoroughly.
• Reads and interprets technical and other complex documents.
• Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts and draws valid conclusions.
• Prioritizes appropriately while multi-tasking various assignments.
• Partners with all levels of associates at all levels of the organization.
• Works successfully independently and as a member of teams.
• Hands-on experience with talent and/or learning management systems administration, ideally including new system implementation and system maintenance. Experience with Success Factors, Cornerstone and/or Workday preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point and Project required e-learning tools: Captivate and Articulate preferred.
