South Jersey Bakery, is a new, State of the Art production plant specializing in Donut Production. We are looking for a experianced Office manager for our West Deptford Plant.
The primary responsibilities of this position are:
• HR and Payroll execution
• New Customer Set Up
• Oversee master data information.
• Product invoicing & AP
• Customer service
• Manage staff of up to three or more.
• Act as liaison for facility with internal departments & outside companies.
• Gather information/training & disseminate knowledge to department/s
The ideal qualifications for the successful candidate will include:
• 2 or more years of progressive experience in a professional office
• Payroll and HR experience
• MS Office fluency
• Valid driving license
