Primary focus is to monitor and reinforce food safety procedures, maximize store sales, hit profit goals, maintain QSC standards, hire, train and retain, oversee labor and food costs, and day-to-day management.
The best General Managers can make decisions confidently and are experienced in guest and customer service, employee management, business and financial management and people motivation!
Candidates must have:
Customer service experience - minimum 5 years
Fast food experience - minimum 2 years (must be recent)
Management and supervisory experience, minimum 2 years
Budget, food control and scheduling knowledge required
Inventory and daily management experience
Work with a sense of urgency
Willing to assume around the clock responsibility for restaurant operations
