A strong Customer Service Representative is needed for a Transportation company located in Elkridge, MD. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and assist with complaints, orders, errors and account questions. Must have strong Customer Service skills. Build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.

Requirements
• Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, etc.
• Answer inbound customer service calls cordial and ascertain problem or reason for calling.
• Build and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service.
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook are essential.
