  • We have an opening for a full-time Food SVC Worker, Lead position.
  • Location: 35 Gatehouse Drive, Waltham, MA 02451. Note: online applications accepted only.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00am to 2:30pm.  
  • Requirement: High volume line and grill experience is preferred.

Summary: Assists the Chef Manager with the coordination of activities of associates within the department while maintaining the highest standards and levels of customer service on own station (Grill)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Oversees, monitors and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverage items while adhering to company food standards for presentation, sanitation and safety while meeting HACCP and OSHA guidelines; ensures portion control.
  • Follows work procedures and expedites workflow to ensure efficient meal service to all service areas.
  • Directs and participates in the overall sanitation and safety of the facility and associates in accordance with company standards and government regulations.
  • Oversees the productivity and breaks of associates and communicates performance issues to management.
  • Helps onboard and train associates; may conduct pre-service meetings..
  • Responds to customer needs and requests; resolves customer concerns.
  • Assists in menu planning and ordering procedures using appropriate company programs and initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
