Receptionist/Office Assistant needed!
Monday – Friday, Direct hire position
Salary contingent upon experience, $30,000 - $35,000
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Answering the phones with a friendly and professional demeanor; transferring calls to appropriate party, answering inquiries when necessary and taking detailed messages
Filing, faxing, photocopying
Monitor the office supply to ensure enough supplies are on hand at all times
Run necessary errands
Handle all mail inbound and outbound
Handle invoices
Daily maintenance of the kitchen, conference room and common areas
Meet and greet all guests
Assist on projects with upper management when needed
Prepare for special events
Assist with purchase orders
Requirements:
Previous experienced as an office assistant or receptionist preferred
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent time management skills
Strong organizational skills and great attention to details
Ability to multi-task
Basic computer skills
