Member Coordinator - Full-time / Part-time

Massage Envy is looking for full and part-time Member Coordinators for our Naples, Coconut Point and Fort Myers locations.  Massage Envy is the leading and fastest growing massage franchise in the world. Member Coordinators that excel at Massage Envy are great communicators and enjoy talking to people.  They deliver excellent customer service in all scenarios and often times go out of their way and beyond the call of duty to ensure customers’ expectations are exceeded.  They are not easily flustered in busy situations and multi-task well; Member Coordinators have a strong sense of organization.  This is a customer service position within a professional organization.  Member Coordinators will be asked to present themselves as such and communicate professionally and effectively through various mediums.  They will contribute to the pursuit of both personal and clinic goals.

Principle Duties:

• Maintain a positive attitude and solution-oriented outlook
• Promptly and professionally answer the phone
• Effectively and efficiently book appointments based on customer need
• Politely greet guests and members as they enter the clinic
• Efficiently and effectively check members in and out for appointments
• Capitalize on opportunities to upgrade services that will benefit the customer
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness of the facility
• Maintain client files
• Make appointment reminder calls daily
• Ensure that every customer interaction exceeds expectations
• Other duties as assigned
