Massage Envy is seeking professionally licensed and self-motivated estheticians to enhance our growing Spa business in our Naples, Coconut Point, Fort Myers, and Cape Coral locations. As a Massage Envy esthetician, you’ll receive ongoing training, flexible scheduling, stable employment from the largest provider of Massage therapy and skincare services in the world, and great teams around you helping you succeed!
 
Principle duties include:

• Behave in a professional, friendly manner to provide an excellent experience for guests and members.
• Select the appropriate Massage Envy facial based on the client’s skincare needs after reviewing the client intake form with each guest.
• Maintain a professional, clean appearance.
• Obtains client's informed consent for facial plan prior to beginning the session.
• Perform 50 minute customized facial session within the scope of training and utilizing draping protocols.
• Complete accurate and legible facial session notes.
• Communicates aftercare instructions to ensure guest safety.
• Build business by promoting the health and wellness benefits of facials and recommending frequency and homecare
• Performing skin analysis on prospective clients using Massage Envy’s Skin Analysis machine (training provided).

 
 Position Requirements:

• Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
• Must pass background check.
• Completed a minimum of 500 hours of education.
• Ability to meet weekly and monthly retail sales goals
