Quality Inspector - Full-time

At Operon Resource Management, our sole focus is providing and managing labor for healthcare product manufacturers, including medical device and pharmaceutical companies.

• Job Title: Quality Inspector 


• Job Location: Devens, MA


• Shifts: 12 hour rotating nights Compensation: Up to $16.00 per hour / based on experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs visual visual inspection for variety of defects such as splay, contamination, gross flash, non-fills, short shots, color variation, voids and grease/oil.


• Apply established inspection procedures and uses inspection tools and instruments to ensure compliance with specifications..


• Conducts, documents, and reports on process audits of assembly/molding processes..


• Maintain files for batch history records (BHR) and/or device history records (DHR) reviewing for completeness and accuracy.

Requirements:

• High School degree or GED certificate


• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.


• Proven work history with at least two professional work-related references.


• All candidates must pass a pre-employment drug screen & background check.
