SAP Hana L3 support role - Full-time / Part-time

Experis in Austin, TX is seeking a SAP HANA L3 support Analyst for a long term contract based in North Austin, TX. In this Position title position, you will have the opportunity to analyze a broken processes, develop and deploy a resolution, provide recommendations on improving the availability of reports and the stability of the production environments and manage incident/tasks while communicating with their owners regarding resolution.

Are you interested? The ideal SAP HANA L3 Support Analyst candidate will possess the following experience:

• Experience with SAP Hana development processes and technical support activities
• Solid knowledge of Business Intelligence terms, concepts and technologies in particular those relating to big date and data warehousing
• Experience working in large customer support environments specific to troubleshooting complex production issues
• 2+ years writing SQL code
• Experience with some of the following: SAP BOBJ, Clouderda, Hadoop, Informatica, Teradata
• Must be able to interact/communicate with end users, business and IT managers to resolve time sensitive issues and incidents for the SAP Hana environment
