The Resource Planning Manager is responsible for the local Resource Planning team/department, which consists of Resource Planning Analyst and Specialist. - Ensure real time management of service levels
- Forecast both short and long-term call volumes and staffing needs in order to maintain staffing levels with qualified personnel
- Create work schedules, analyze call volumes and patterns
- Report performance for site, team, and individuals
- Manage RP staff, career development, manage RP department
QualificationsMinimum Required
- 6-8 years workforce management experience
- 1-3 years management experience
- Bachelors Degree. quantitative discipline
