Performs a full scope of activities associated with the development and conduct of comprehensive recruiting and employment of new employees. Delivers a pipeline of diverse, quality candidates to hiring managers and/or recruiters by networking, community relationship building, and direct sourcing/screening for positions as determined by the business goals. This Recruiter will manage the targeted selection process to ensure a rigorous interview process and placement of qualified and motivated candidates. Other responsibilities include ensuring that recruiting practices comply with company policies and procedures, researching and implementing best practices in client groups and contribution to overall T- Mobile HR goals. Support clients by understanding business context and needs, providing consulting and implementing talent solutions to meet business goals. Requires competency in customer focus, change & innovation, strategic thinking, relationship building & influencing, talent management, results focus and inspirational leadership.
  • Source, screen, interview and recommend candidates for open positions at entry level and within professional organizations. Direct sourcing/screening for positions as determined by the business needs while complying with organization policy and government regulatory guidelines
  • Design, develop, and implement local sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates that reflect the local community demographics and build a long term community of prospective candidates. Conduct national searches as appropriate
  • Work with managers in functional business areas, presenting best qualified candidates that meet job requirements. Relationship management to include advisement, coaching, influencing and training related to staffing
  • May consult with senior peers on certain projects. Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. Moderate skills with high level of proficiency. Maintain internal process and improvement including driving communication and best practice sharing

  • 3-5+ years of corporate full-cycle recruitment experience or 3+ years' experience in sourcing
  • Proven skills in client relationship building, critical thinking, and verbal/written communications. Ability to present, train, influence, and negotiate
  • Must have experience working with an Applicant Tracking System
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Outstanding service orientation; sense of urgency; high-level of personal integrity
  • Ability to work well under pressure and flexible in adapting and responding to changing situations
  • Ability to work independently, but a strong effective team player; commitment to results; solutions oriented; superior organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong skills in candidate pipeline generation
  • High School Diploma/GED
