Plastic Technician - Full-time / Part-time

Start-up and shutdown of molding and assembly equipment in accordance with procedures.
Changes molds and assembly equipment in accordance with the Changes molds/assembly equipment to provide consistent part quality protecting company assets.
Documents all molding/assembly setup and supports recording of downtime.
Prepares molds and/or fixtures for storage at the completion of a production run.
Coordinates and/or performs minor maintenance of equipment while in production.
Completes weekly preventative maintenance assignments on molding and assembly equipment.
Performs layered audits on molding/assembly equipment.
Verifies process parameters are correct for molding and assembly equipment.
Completes job responsibilities in compliance with industry safety standards.
Must perform mold, tooling and secondary equipment changeovers when required.
