Program Coordinator needed for a long term contract opportunity with SAP America located in Newtown Square, PA.

What You'll Be Doing:


Support the key programs delivered by the GCO University North America enablement team by enrolling sales and sales support employees in GCO University NA programs. Maintain enrollment lists, follow with participants on their enrollment, and manage changes in enrollment.


The candidate will need to gain an understanding of two learning management systems in order to perform daily work. Daily work includes:



    - Monitoring internal reports and email to manage enrollment.
    - Managing enrollment requires gaining an understanding of all the roles targeted for training, their specific requirements, and managing exceptions when necessary.

In addition, the candidate will also participate in classroom training assisting program leads.


Responsibilities within in the classroom include:



    - Getting participants greeted and signed in.
    - Answering basic questions about how the content will be delivered.
    - Making sure classroom materials are ordered and in the classroom on time.
    - Uploading the participants list in the GCOU tracking database.
    - Demonstrating tools that employees need to learn to use.
    - Other general classroom management as required.
    - When in the classroom, the candidate will also assist with exercises the participants are required to complete.
    - For planning purposes, the candidate will need to be able to analyze current enrollment trends and make recommendations for future training.
    - The candidate will also be involved in assisting program leads in improving enablement programs by offering suggestions on simplification of processes; the design and flow of training exercises; and skill gaps that new programs would address.
    - The candidate will also work with other program coordinators providing backup for their responsibilities.

What You Need to Bring to the Table:



    - Bachelors degree and/or previously related experience
    - MS Excel for reporting purposes
    - Excellent verbal and written skills including ability to proofread and correct for errors
    - Able to quickly learn, understand and use tools and systems to perform the key job requirements
    - Ability to virtually manage the logistics associated with a program/project conducted in multiple cities for multiple audiences
    - Proficient in MS Office - Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
