General Laborers with Manufacturing

Our client in Riverside is seeking several Manufacturing Laborers!
These are full-time opportunities with a starting rate of pay of $10.00hr with an increase to $11.50 after only two weeks. Must have manufacturing experience and be able to work in a dusty and hot environment. Seeking experienced Laborers with 6 months experience in manufacturing. Heavy lifting 50-100lbs. Pre-employment hiring criteria required prior to starting.
The positions pay $10/hr with an increase to $11.50 after two weeks.
The first shift starts at 3am, and they are 10 hour shifts. 2nd shift (if available) pays a 50 cent differential.
Job duties:
Follow written/verbal directions to follow a process.
Wear all appropriate PPE.
Clean and prepare molds for process (waxing, inserts, glass, etc.)
Pouring Polymer Concrete
Prepare wet out resin
Understand and follow instructions for chemical use and disposal.
Drill, Grind, Patch product throughout the process.
Maintain area clean and free of clutter. Clean tools.
Supply or move finished and unfinished materials to areas needed.
Load and unload items and product from machines, conveyors, hoists, etc.
Carry product to areas needed.
Learn the product and tools needed.
Assist machine operators when needed.
Record information needed for the production process.
Follow all safety procedures when performing duties.
Skills, Knowledge, Abilities:
Ability to give full attention, ask questions and understand verbal and written commands. -Read instructions and isometric drawings.
Ability to use power tools such as; hammers, drills, grinders, hoists.
Knowledge of basic math, reading and writing in English.
Use of judgment and ability to perform in an industrial environment; operate machinery such as hoists, power tools, etc.
Ability to work in a heavy physical demanding environment.
