Manpower is currently seeking an Part Time Office Manager for a reputable client in the Ballston Spa, NY area. This is a temporary position with an excellent potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Working days are M-Th and hours are flexible, either 9am-2pm or 10am-3pm. Pay is $14.00 per hour. Responsibilities include answering phones, performing clerical and administrative tasks, reviewing comparing and analyzing specs for blueprints and additional responsibilities as assigned. Requirements: -Previous experience performing similar responsibilities in an office environment -At least one year of experience reviewing, comparing and analyze specs -Strong organizational skills and attention to detail -Ability to work independently and take initiative Qualified candidates should submit their resume for immediate consideration.
