Reservations Agent - Full-time / Part-time

1) Golf Reservations: Serve as primary telephone contact with clients whenever they need to make, change, or inquire on golf course reservations at any one of the company's courses throughout the world.
Accurately Process client golf reservations and changes on reservation system
2) Travel Services: inquire if client needs any assistance in making travel arrangements to any one of the golf courses throughout the world and process such requests, as appropriate, on the AgentDirect portal to transfer such calls to Panda Travel (Travel agency) if such reservations cannot be handled through AgentDirect
3) Client Resource: serve as an information resource for clients needing general information on golf courses and facilities throughout the world
4) Professionalism: consistently provide the above services with the highest degree of professional courtesy and respect to each and every client in a manner that reflects will upon company quality standards

DUE TO CLIENT CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS, THIS POSITION REQUIRES THE CANDIDATE TO BE BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND MANDARIN.
