A major healthcare company in the Tampa, FL area is seeking multiple candidates for their open Customer Service Representative opportunities! These are immediate needs and starting in 2 weeks! Customer service/call center experience is required and the positions are paying $12.00/hr. Candidates must be available to work up to 7 days a week and as late as 10:00pm.
Responsibilities
* Answers customer inquiries in a timely, efficient and accurate manner.
* Responsible for assisting an average of 45-55 callers per day-employer, insured, agent, provider, and/or internal customers.
* Resolves issues to the satisfaction of the customer.
* Follows through to ensure all questions and issues are resolved.
