Consistent work tenure Performance Expectations: 5 Meetings per day
100-150 call volume daily Interview Information: 2 interviews
1 with HR
1 with Sales Manager Additional Compensation: Bonus structure explained in interview but they need to understand that they will most likely not make a bonus for a minimum of 6 months. After they build a strong pipeline and start qualifying the correct business potentials of up to $5,000 in bonus per month is attainable. Additional Information: These candidates need to be able to articulate and explain their prior sales success and abilities. Also need to have consistent job history and have stayed at companiies for over 1.5 years in every role.
Contactors will be held to strict sales goals and expectaions in performance is managed closely.
Candidates will be disqualified if they were stricltly in customer service.
