Date night posts are for one-time help on a specific night. Here's what this family is looking for:
The time would actually be 5 p.m. to approx 11:30 p.m. She eats dinner at 6 p.m. She takes a bath at 7 p.m. and usually enjoys it for about 10 mins. Then its diaper time, pjs and a book and a bottle and she is in bed by no later than 7:30 p.m. We do put her to bed awake but drowsy and we do let her put herself to sleep meaning if she cries we just leave her. The rest of the night should be quite a breeze.
