Seeking Clerical Specialists to work for its behavioral health department.
Responsibilities will include
Accurate data entry of information including individual support plans, service notes, monitoring reports, and demographic information
Create cover letters to be used in the copying and distributing of individual support plans
Create accurate minutes for any requested meetings
Accurately type letters, memos, reports, spreadsheets and creation of documents.
Complete all copying, faxing, scanning and distributing as assigned.
Answer phones calls during a coverage period for up to 100 staff in different areas. Including screening, forwarding, message taking, voicemail and email.
Responsible for the opening and closing of the departments switchboard
Greeting and interacting with visitors while monitoring the waiting room.
