Administrative Assistant - Full-time / Part-time

This position will be supporting different campaign directors within the company that are responsible for bringing in funding and donations to the United way. They will support these directors by contacting some of the clients that have donations set up and making sure they go through, and also tracking the donations through excel and their own CRM system. They would be able to let a campaign director know at any time what the specific funding/donation level is at for a specific client.

Since they will be supporting multiple campaign directors, they should be expected to be able to work with a variety of different types of people. Each campaign director manages their business differently, so at times they will be given a lot of direction and at other times very little direction. They should be able to work daily with little direction if that is the case.

They will be working with CEO and CFO's from their "Major Gifts" donation division. So this will be the division that receives a high level of funding from individuals, rather that corporations as a whole. Relationship building and professionalism is extremely important for this area.

They will be asked when they were challenged by the individual they were working with and how they handled it and worked through it.
