Ski Valet’s are responsible for maintaining outstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for receiving, tracking, transporting and storing guest personal and rental equipment.
• Act as mountain-side concierge.
• Deliver a world-class guest experience. 
• Assist and greet guests in storage and retrieval of snow sports equipment.
• Assist guests in taking ski and snowboard boots on and off.
• Deliver excellent guest service.
• Operate ski valet software.
• Offer guests local insight on mountain conditions, weather, ski trails, lift access points and dining option on property and around mountain.

Qualifications:

• Maintain a working knowledge of products and trends within the industry
• Previous snow sport industry experience - preferred
• Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests in accurate spoken and written English - required
• Commitment to exceptional customer service
• Basic computer skills
• Multi-task, with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends - required
