About this job

Job Description:
Customer service representative will be responsible for handling around 35 inbound calls per day (at the peak). The calls will be customers that are using the refunds today tax software and have questions about entering information into the online forms or questions regarding the status of their refund.

Work Environment:
Call center environment. Candidate MUST be available to work Saturdays and must be flexible working anywhere between 6 and 9 pm.

Qualifications:
Bilingual Spanish

Performance Expectations:
There will be 2 weeks of training before they go live in the call center. They will only learn 60% of what they need to know, the rest is learned on the job.

Interview Information:
Candidate will be given a test. The test is NOT pass or fail. It is to see how well candidate can follow directions. If they read the directions, they will pass. After that, they sit down for 5 minutes with the 3 supervisors.

Additional Compensation:
Potential bonus of up to $500. Two separate times where they can earn $250 each based on retention, attendance, and tardiness.

Additional Information:
-the training will consist of a lot of information so taking notes and attention to detail is critical.
-need to be flexible on shift (they are open from 7am-8pm)
