Aircraft Fuel Cell Mechanic - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek is looking for aircraft fuel sell mechanics to support its client in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

This is a contract position with per diem available for qualified candidates.

Duties included but not limited to.

• Perform removal, installation, and inspection functions of fuel cells and assembly, and installation of components such as fuel lines, hardware, and fittings on various aircraft.
• Analyze various aircraft sealing, structural, and assembly drawings, to detect seal level deficiencies.
• Diagnose results of leak test to detect drawing, specification, structural and assembly sealing errors.
• Perform disassembly and teardown operations of aircraft fuel systems and related components. Remove fuel cells and components from aircraft, following specific procedures and techniques.

Requirements:

• Must have 5 years of fuel cell maintenance experience
• Position will require candidates to wear a respirator and pass pre-employment respirator testing and an on-site fit test.
