Online Customer Service - Full-time / Part-time

Great opportunity at an inbound call center. Qualified candidate would answer incoming calls and effectively assist customers with questions about the website, password resets, helping with navigation questions, and other basic computer/site issues. Candidate will be required to provide a low level of technical support and be able to walk customers through "real-time", step by step navigation over the phone to ensuring they have customer concerns are resolved.

* Able to navigate on the Internet

Minimum requirements:
1 year call center experience
