This position will work side by side with a non-union production team while supervising and coordinating warehouse work relative to the production and logistics. Job Duties:
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information to strategic plans and reviews; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
- Oversee as many as 100+ employees fostering an environment of teamwork, cooperation and a culture of workplace safety.
- Walk the facility floor frequently throughout a shift.
- Building and maintaining strong relations with our client partner. Finding creative, proactive solutions to staffing headcount and performance challenges.
- Flexible to working after hours and on the weekends, if necessary.
Qualifications:
Supervision, Safety Management, Data Entry Management, Dependability, Reporting Skills, Analyzing Information, Dealing with Complexity, Deadline-Oriented, Time Management, Equipment Maintenance, Organization, Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Production Driven.
Required 1 - 3 years supervisory experience.
