Department Overview: The Loan Administration Department is responsible for the back office operations within TDAF. These operations tasks are critical to the success of TDAF and encompass a wide range of responsibilities. Some of the tasks that Loan Administration handles are: Account Maintenance, Account Reconciliation, Account closing entries, Disbursements, Report Reconciliation, Parking Tickets, Title Management, Deficiency Notice Processing, Repossession inventory tracking, Redemptions Processing, Collection Invoice Processing, Insurance Check Endorsement, Credit Disputes, Post–repo notice processing, and Repo Invoice Processing.


Job Description: The Operations Associate is responsible for the day‐to‐day Operations activities in support of assigned business line. A partial list of specific responsibilites is below: 

  • Perform more diverse/complex tasks with minimal supervision. 
  • Act as a liaison between assigned department and other departments within TD Bank. 
  • Work to identify and address process improvements. 
  • Provide support to less experienced staff. 
  • Respond to inquiries and assist in resolving problems/complaints. 
  • May be required to find and supply data impacting accounts. 
  • Protect privacy and non‐public information. 
  • Assist in the prevention of fraudulent activities. 
  • Review application information against host systems for accuracy and completeness.

Job Requirements:    

  • High School Diploma or GED 
  • 1‐3 Years of related experience. 
  • Thorough understanding of all aspects of TD Auto Finance Operations strongly preferred. 
  • Ability to use/learn current technology and software applications related to position. 
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
