Receiving/Inventory Control Clerk for durable medical goods company located in the Irvine CA area.

This is a Full-time, Temporary to Hire opportunity. Hours 7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday. Company will complete full background check prior to start.

Essential Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments of products
~ Count and Verify quantities and products received, match to packing slip - note any
discrepancies on the packing slip and forward to Assistant Warehouse Manager for
follow-up with Accounting and/or Purchasing to resolve discrepancies.
~ Enter Purchase Order receipt information into SagePro to update inventory and
Purchase Order records: Application-Purchase Orders; Select Transactions on the
menu bar; Select Receive Orders from the drop down menu.
~ Make a copy of packing slip and file in designated location, forward original to
Assistant Warehouse Manager for review and forwarding to Accounting.
~ Mark cartons with product part number, expiration date (if applicable) and quantity.
Put product away in designated stocking location.
~ Assist with other Warehouse activities, as necessary.
