An automotive company in Pennsauken, NJ is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team for a 1 year assignment.

Job Description:

The individual will be responsible for taking calls from customers, handling problems, and speaking to retailers.

This job involves more Case Management because as a customer, you are able to solve anything you need via the website or retail center. If a customer is calling in, they are unable to solve the problem themselves and need support. The problem is more complex.

Also assisting the customer in moving them forward with the process after analyzing what has been done. Then solving the issue, for example, getting a technical professional to help them with their car.

The candidate should have the ability to handle 20 calls per day

Resolves the most difficult and financially exposed customer's contacts including, but not limited to, Lemon Law cases, arbitration, fines, sub litigations, and product liabilities.

Researches and investigates complaints, analyzes risk of corporate exposure, and formulates a plan of action.

Negotiates with customer, dealer, and /or attorneyif needed

Compiles, updates, analyzes, and reports

Candidate cannot have transaction call center experience. Needs to be more consultative.

No degree required.
