Survey Party Chief

Land Development and Surveying are booming in Colorado! We are seeking a Survey Party Chief to relocate to the Denver area and work for a land development Survey and Engineering firm with a strong reputation for technical and customer service excellence and a history of stability, long-term viability, and employee career development. They have a very strong book of business locally combined with the backing of a large national company and great benefits.

Party Chief will be responsible for construction surveying, ALTA, boundary work and construction staking. This will be primarily a field job for the immediate future but with growth potential to move to the office if desired. Will provide a company truck. Looking for motivated candidates who want to grow within the company.

REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years of experience as a land surveyor
- Experience on construction projects and with ALTA surveys, boundary surveys and construction staking
- Proficiency in field equipment (Trimble Robotic Total Station and Trimble GPS preferred)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
LSI or PLS/RLS certification is preferred but not required. Any experience with AutoCAD and Trimble Business Center is a plus.
