Human Resource Coordinator
$15.00/hr minimum, earning potential may be adjusted higher depending on experience level.
Contract-to-hire.
Duties & Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Accurately and timely entering information into the employee information folder.
- Accurately and timely submitting payroll and check distribution.
- Timecard disbursement and collection.
- Maintaining all personnel files.
- Tracking and maintaining attendance calendars.
- Keeping all HR supplies in stock, including insurance and 401(k) packets, new hire packets, and directories. Ensuring they are in order and present well.
- Keeping all medical supplies in stock and reorder when needed or requested.
- Collecting and auditing all new hire and termination paperwork for completeness and following up with supervisor or employee.
- Collecting and checking all insurance and 401(k) paperwork for completeness and submitting to carriers within a timely manner.
- Thoroughly completing and submitting accident reports in a timely manner.
- Verification of employment calls and correspondence.
- Assisting in coordinating training, orientation, projects and company events.
- Answering all in-coming calls and assisting all applicants, vendors and customers to ensure that each person coming in receives a friendly and professional first impression.
- Maintaining confidentiality and security of all employee-related materials and matters.
- Assisting employees with general benefit and payroll issues.
- Accurately and timely entering 401(k) deductions and deposits
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail
- May perform other duties or assignments as requested by supervisor.
