Front Desk Associate - Full-time / Part-time

Our Front Desk Associates are the helpful and friendly face of Massage Envy Spa. Our focus is to provide exceptional customer service and our Front Desk Associate have the most interaction with our clients outside of the massage therapy rooms. From booking appointments to helping guests use their member benefits, this position is responsible for the impression our clients take with them. A successful Front Desk Associate is a person who loves to learn, believes in teamwork and desire an opportunity to create the best possible client and coworker experience. Job Title: Front Desk Associate Location: Stillwater Job Description: Front Desk Associate needed for busy membership massage clinic. Duties include: *Providing excellent service to members/guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/guests upon arrival and selling memberships. *Assist in maintaining professional front desk and reception area. *Assists in administrative tasks including filing, member folder maintenance, and date entry of client records and surveys. *Assists in maintaining cleanliness of therapy rooms, break room, common area and store room. *Various duties as assigned by Clinic Management. Experience required: *Reliable and on time required. *Customer service or retail experienced required. * Sales presentation and closing skills. *Ability to effectively communicate with members/guests on membership benefits, and clinic policies and procedures. *Ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment. *Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff. *Able to work flexible days and hours, including nights and weekends.
