Part-Time Patient Data Specialist RN

Our client is seeking a licensed RN to join their team as a RN Patient Data Specialist! Details on the position are below:

Patient Data specialist

• Field incoming patient calls who are self-reporting data for an INR (International Normalized Ratio) standardized measurement to determine the clotting tendency of blood) value after using the diagnostic product which tests the vitamin K levels in the blood.
• Maintain/update patient profiles in CoaguCheck database in conformance with HIPAA, IDTF, Medicare, and FDA regulations. Logging conversation with patient into 1 screen while accessing patient profile/medical information on another screen. Multitasking and ability to quickly manipulate technology is important in this role.
• Outgoing calls to physicians if patient reported INR value is out of range
• Must have valid CA RN License

Part Time Schedule Options:

Mon-Tues 8-5pm and Thurs 1-5:30pm
